Announcement of Annual Financial Statements is true even for traders who are not active during the reporting period. They must publish a blank sheet.
13. How to announce an Annual Financial Statement in the Companies Register and what are the appropriate fines if I do not announce it? The Annual Financial Statement of companies shall be announced in the Companies Register by established procedures. The announcement shall be paid according to the state fee of BGN 52 and several additional documents will be prepared. The accounting policy, the statement of income and expense and the annual balance sheet of the company should be announced as well. The necessary applications, declarations and protocols decisions by the owner or by the owners are applied for the adoption of the statement.
