Publication of Annual Financial Statement in the Companies Register at Registry Agency

Pursuant to Art. 40 of the Accounting Law, companies under art. 38, of the same law, are obliged to publish their annual financial statements in the form in which they are certified with the certification report prepared by a registered auditor. This publication is in a daily, an economic edition, first edition or the Internet. The deadline for publication is up to three months after adoption of the annual financial statement by the auditor. According to Art. 37 of the AA, companies prepare annual financial statement by 1st of March of the following year, and those who have more than half the shares or of equity contributions, or the votes of the members of the management bodies of other firms, compile consolidated financial statements by 30th of  June of the following year.

Documents required:

  1. Application-Declaration by the Manager /Executive Director of the company, requesting the publication of annual financial statements on the site www.AccountingBulgaria.co.uk;
  2. Annual Financial Statement and Report for its authentication in writing or electronically (diskette, CD);
  3. A copy of the Annual Financial Statement on paper certified as a true copy of the original signed by the Manager / Executive Director and stamp of the company;
  4. BUSINESS CARD with company data.
